When you send an enquiry or build a package we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, wedding date, guest count, budget and message. Our server also keeps standard technical logs (IP, browser) for security.
3. Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a tailored quote, and organise your event. We never sell your data.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising. These cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner — decline and no analytics/advertising cookies are set.
5. Who we share with
Service providers that help us operate: Google (analytics/ads), our hosting provider, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations, then deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time — just email us. You may also withdraw cookie consent by clearing your browser storage for this site.
